NOTE: Seating configuration may be subject to change depending on the type of event. Please check the seating map displayed for the event when selecting your tickets.

Thelma Gaylord PAT has four levels of seating with two center aisles and an aisle on both sides of the theater. Aisles are carpeted with stair tread nosings, lighting, and handrails for maximum accessibility. Accessible and removed seating is available for every performance.

The seating is divided into five sections. The orchestra level (Rows A-V), The Upper Orchestra (Rows A-M), The Grand Tier (Rows A-F), The Mezzanine (Rows A-F), and the Balcony level (Rows A-L).

With a capacity of 2,400, there are plenty of seating options available at the theater. It’s split across five levels – Orchestra, Upper Orchestra, Grand Tier, Mezzanine, and Balcony – all of which offer a different viewing experience depending on the show you are seeing.

All seats are clearly labelled as soon as you enter the auditorium, and a member of staff will be on hand to help you find your seat.

Orchestra

The Orchestra section of the theater is closest to the stage. This is a good area to book if you want to be front and center of the performance – it also means you can see performances more intimately.

Upper Orchestra

If you want to be in on the action but not super close to the stage, then the Upper Orchestra section is a good place to look at. It has ample seating options and is easily accessible.

Grand Tier

Sitting slightly higher up, the Grand Tier section is ideal if you want to see more of the stage and have more space to view the auditorium. It’s just below Mezzanine level and above the Upper Orchestra.

Mezzanine

The Mezzanine is the perfect section if you want to see the whole theater and stage. It’s perfect for live music performances if you prefer sitting a bit further back but still benefit from the high-scale acoustics and large stage.

Balcony

The balcony section is the highest section in the theater and offers views over the entire venue. The balcony is also not as crowded as some of the other seats, so is a great option if you want a more private experience.
